I’m not the kind of girl who falls for princess dreams but this skirt can come close to me having a Disney moment. But I ain’t no lazy princess waiting for her prince charming. I already have one at home and he’s pretty cool. And doesn’t mind photographing me once in a while. While he’s no Instagram husband (I have Diana for that), he’s my super handsome guy.
As I continue to wear my black heart on my sleeve (haha, see what I did there?) and be a repeat offender with these super cute pink pumps and my heart clutch, I am also wedding season ready. That’s right, wedding season is here. I just came off of the festival season fever and jumped into this pretty cute tulle skirt and pink pumps. Left the bohemian for occasion.
When I was little I practiced ballet for 11 years and since then always wanted to own a tulle skirt, not just on stage, but in real life too. Tulle has that dreamy gracious feel and look that magically transforms every girl into a much cute version of herself, no matter the size, weight or race. It’s better to have one custom made, my honest opinion, if you have a pretentious nose. Mine has a little bit of fluff and the tulle part is quite hard. All the tulle skirts found never matched my expectations.
Wearing: Tulle Skirt // Atelier Bobar (custom made), Bell Sleeve Top // Zara (thrift shop), Belt // H&M, Heart Shaped Clutch // Pull and Bear (love this one), Earrings // Accessorize (old), Pink Peep-Toe Pumps // Kurt Geiger London.
