Extremely unusual, colder than the rest, humid in essence. This is Spring around here. Cold, rainy and refusing to let the sunshine in. What’s a girl to do? Continue to wear her Winter boots and add a touch of sass.
It may seem that this is the only skirt I wear (and it is, the hat too), I am not a skirt wearer by nature. My legs out are more fit for skinny jeans. But today I’m making an exception because it’s peony season, my favorite season of the year. With the most beautiful peony bouquet in my hands (it was a lot to handle, I had to use two) I pranced around for half an hour taking these photos.
I am giving inspiration to anyone out there still suffering from the cold, even though it’s warmer outside. Slightly. I like to give my outfits now more of a boho feel, a kind of a festival vibe, now that festival season is also starting. Nothing screams “festival” more than a fedora hat and you’ve seen me wear this one many, many, many, many, many, many, many times before.
Are you crazy about peonies too?
