First Snow – Cozy Winter Wear

What better way to leave the winter holidays behind, step in the New Year and begin again than pure white snow? Yesterday that’s what happened in my town – our first snow. Yay! I took my boyfriend out to lunch, took some photos and enjoyed this little joy that comes so rarely here. We had soup and burgers and played with some fireworks that were left from the NYE. I, I played with some fireworks 🙂

I stayed warm and cozy with my huge tartan scarf, all bundled up in it, a loose winter jumper, my jeans, boots and my large tote bag that I love, it even fits my laptop. I wanted to do this look in high heels, but even a fashionista like me would be flat down in two seconds on the slippery bricks where we shot this look.

It did not continue to snow until evening, which left me a little bummed out, I wanted to have mountains and mountains of snow so it could last longer. But oh well, in a week when the snow will be gone by then I can wear my heels, so there’s that.
