This was my uniform this Summer: a floral crop top (nothing I imagined I could ever wear) and a pair of high waist shorts. Nothing spectacular, the hot days can barely make anyone stand out in the scorching heat. And now that Summer is almost over I will be longing to just jump into just a few things and so quickly be out the door.
The many days spent inside has made us all re-think our lives. I sure did, on many levels: I got rid and sold half of my closet. Now I don’t buy as much as before. I collect. And wear repeatedly, as you will see moving forward from now on. I try my best not to splurge anymore. I am enough, my clothes are enough. And these heeled sandals I have and wear to death I bought them when I was in Uni. Good things last. Well made things last.
This crop top and these shorts traveled with me to Greece and anywhere in between. Oh Summer, I will miss you!
