Between magnolias and cherry blossoms, I do love me some Spring. The trees are in full bloom in my little corner where I live, so much so that this post is full of wonderful pinks, magnolias and cherry blossom trees. Oh, I forgot… and owls, lots of tiny owls.

Colors of The Year 2016 Week: Rose Quartz and Serenity Top and Pleated Maxi Skirt

This year I’m all about the maxi skirts and dresses: romantic and bohemian, lovely patterns and lengths, laces, feathers… this year I’m doing it all. I love a maxi long skirt as much as the next girl, they have this one magical attribute – elongating your silhouette to heights never before seen.

This past week I had a love affair with flowers. I bought, received and literally bathe in flowers. It was a thing of beauty, hence these photos, shot at my parent’s house: gorgeous light and flowers all around. I had my nails done last week and decided to make one hand rose quartz and one hand serenity, to keep with the trend and Colors of The Year 2016. This Spring the bomber jackets are having a huge comeback! And why not, they come in many shapes, styles and sizes and are perfect for any warm, sunny, breezy, rainy or windy day. I myself have several of them in my jacket collection. Bomber jackets are very versatile and can work with heels, sneakers, flats and sandals. Yeah, all plethora of shoes.
